Spicy Plum Sauce Recipe
for Yorkshire Black puddings

x 400g can Plums
1/3 cup vinegar (white
1 table spoon of sugar
¼ teaspoon of Chinese five spice
2 teaspoon of corn flour
Pit the plums and place
with liquid in a food processor + process to a puree
Transfer to saucepan add
the remaining ingredients and simmer stirring until thickened
Prepare Black pudding and
rice as per sweet and sour recipe
