Lemon Sauce Recipe for
Yorkshire Black puddings

cup Lemon Juice
2 Chicken stock cubes
2 tablespoons cornflour
2 tablespoons honey
2 ½ tablespoons of Brown Sugar
1 Tablespoon grated green ginger
1 ¾ cup of water
1. Combine all ingredients
2. Simmer over a low heat until thickened
3. Serve with Black pudding and rice as per Sweet and Sour
recipe
